The iEnd? MUWHAHAHAHA....I mean

Today Steve Jobs one of the founders of Apple has stepped down as CEO due to Health issues and not being pushed out by Stockholders. With Steve resigning and the seat of power being given to Apple's one time COO (Chief Operating Officer) Tim Cook. To me PC lover internally I am going WOOOO YEAH THE TITAN HAS BEEN SENT TO TARDURIS (The Underworld of the Underworld and The Prison of Chronos and his many pieces). But I must tip my hat to Mr. Jobs because if it wasn't for him Microsoft wouldn't have pushed itself to compete as long and hard as it has to give us. While I HATE the ifails I mean iPods (in all of it's MANY incarnations) I do recognize that it is a powerhouse among MP3/4 players. Mr. Jobs thank you for your contribution to Technology enhancement and god speed on your road to recovery with your Health.

Two Parts of Breaking Dawn.... REALLY?

I know I have known for awhile that ever since news of Deathly Hollows was going to broken into parts that the Director of Breaking Dawn was following suit. TWO PART MOVIE TO A BOOK THAT HAS NO SUBSTANCE. A movie broken into two unneeded parts because if you take out the padding in the book it will literally translate into 90 coherent minutes. BUT NO we the critics will have to suffer trough two parts of nonsensical crap. But in all fairness, this movie both parts will bring in a HUGE chunk of change because of two factors. 1. The brainwashed fan base. 2. The critics and men dragged in by their girlfriends.

I was on the huffington post website under the movie section (link will be in the sources) but I saw this hilarious photo. Which I will caption

*Note the circle, doesn't he look like Lewis Black and All I can picture him saying is "What the fuck did you two do. Now we have to deal with your hellspawn burlurp child thing."

I give this series so much crap because it is poorly written, the plot goes no where. It destroys the mythos of vampires and werewolves. The one character in the series that you could actually like is thrown under bus because he originally wasn't apart of the authors wet dream.

Jersey Shore hits Italy

Fist pumping kids from NY who go Down The Shore (it's a Jersey saying "We're going down the shore." and when we are at the shore we don't say we're in Seaside we say. "We are down the shore.") The cast of MTV's Jersey Shore filmed their fourth season in beautiful Italy. What can be expected from this season drunken asses doing douche bag things just in Italy. From the trailer it seems like Mike did something to piss off Ron. The only thing I can say about the trailer when you see Mike The Situation on the ground is this

So as we draw closer to another mind numbing season of The Jersey Shore, I have my vodka ready to perform drinking games to the various things that happen over and over and over in one episode.

Delve into the Forgotten Realms (WoTSQ Part 1)

Welcome dear readers to the world of Forgotten Realms a world of high magic and high adventure. A world literally run by thousands upon thousands of gods and goddesses. But these series of books do not take place on the surface of this mystical and fantastic world. The War of The Spider Queen, takes place below the surface and below the ocean under the crust and cut off from the sun. Welcome to the underdark, a subworld of vast creatures and animals. Most predominately the Sub-Race of elves known as the Drow.

The premise behind Book one of The War of The Spider Queen is called Dissolution. We are introduced to the fact that the Drow's Matron Deity has gone silent. Lloth the goddess who corrupted a race of Elves into turning evil. With Lloth silent and seemingly disconnected from her followers all of her clerics subsequently lose their divine magic. This is disconcerting to the Drow especially the females who are the dominate of the race and tend to make all the rules of the Dark Elf cities. With their divine magics gone they know they are vulnerable to attack especially from their Arcane wielding male counterparts. Things in the city of Menzobaeranzen have become tense and male Drow have gone missing.

The book introduces the main characters very well and keeps you invested in the characters all through out the book. From beginning to end you want to find out more about the characters and what they are going to do next. This book alone made me want to go out and devour the following five books.

Standard to the start of any adventure series the book has the basic character types. You have, Fighter; Wizard; Cleric; Rogue; Ranger and Bard. Not all the characters introduced in the first book but that is okay because the next book will bring them in and they will add some new spice the already well tasting book.

Characters:
Ryld: Fighter and one of the Masters of Melee Magthere (The Drow School of fighters). At first he comes off as the slow type as is the usual when writing fighers. But as you read more about him you find him to be more mentally capable then he leads on especially when it comes to battle Strategy.

Phaerun Mizrym: Wizard and one of the Masters of Sorcere (Drow School of Magic), because of his station in the city and his up bringing Phaerun at first appears to be haughty egotistical and rude even to his long time "friend" Ryld. As the story goes on you find out that he has the power to back up everything he says he can do and that he is a clever enough person that you should proceed with caution when messing with him.

Quenthel Baenre: Cleric and Psion, Head Mistress of Arach-tinilth (The Drow School of Clerics) Next in line for the Spot of Matron of the first house of Menzobaeranzen Quenthel is literally one step away from supreme power in the entire city. But afflicted like the rest of the clerics of the clergy she can not access her divine powers and is being plagued by a seemingly endless assault of fiends.

Valas Hune: Rogue, Ranger: At this time in the story not much is known about Valas other then he is a member of a band of Mercs formed by the infamous Jaraxle.

I HIGHLY recommend you go out and pick up this book, it is a story that got me back into reading Fantasy Novels and is a book I have read at least four times.

Capcom dicks over Megaman Fans

Videogame programer legends CAPCOM cancel the Megaman legends 3 project because of lack of meeting of Criteria (to me this means they don't have the budget for it). But the backlash from fans has gotten to a point where CAPCOM has had to turn fans away from their San Diego Comic Con booth. I was never a fan of the Legends series but It was a fun series with a unique spin the Megaman Games. I personally would have loved to see an HD Blue Bomber for next gen consoles. BUT Alas it will not be. According to some the hardcore fans I follow on Twitter. They feel that CAPCOM is taunting them with a Toy they can't play with. Having not followed the hype or the Developer stuff for MM3 I am not sure. But I know if this were to happen with say I don't Star Wars: The Old Republic a game I have been following development for since 2008 were to suddenly just up and cancel. You can bet I would have the biggest case of nerd rage that would make the Hulk Jealous.

One Wing and The Hand of Power

The scene, a dark and abandoned field, lightning is crashing in the background. Approaching the center thunder clapping with each foot step as the two approach each other, they look into each other’s eyes and draw their swords. One wields a wicked looking bastard sword, the other wielding an eight foot long Dai-Katana. Both take their stances and prepare for battle.

Bio: Sephiroth, home game Final Fantasy VII, age unknown, eyes glowing green. Sephiroth is an elite soldier of legend inspiring many would be soldiers to the side of Shinra’s army. It is known that Sephiroth is the byproduct of a genetic experimentation using the cells of an extraterrestrial being known as JENOVA. Sephiroth uses an eight foot long Dai-Katana known simply as Masamune a legendary blade (in both actual Japanese folklore and in Final Fantasy games). He is responsible for kill countless people including the president of Shinra Corp and for summoning Meteor. His aspirations to godhood can only come to be is if he fuses his body with the planet’s life force known simply as the Life Stream. He is a formidable warrior and despite the apparent unwieldy look of his sword it is quite dangerous. Do not underestimate him at any cost because he can and will hand your ass to you quickly.

Bio: Ganondorf A.K.A Ganon, home game The Legend of Zelda Series. Born to an all female race of Hylian women known as the Gerudo. He is the child of prophecy, the first male born to the Gerudo in 100 years will be crowned king of the thieves. He is trained in stealth and melee combat and magic, his adoptive mothers the twin witches taught him how to use magic. Ganon has the tri-force of power on his side and uses it power to bring himself back from beyond many a times throughout the history of Zelda. He looks intimidating and it is true he is, defeating him does not end the fight. He has the ability to transform into a much larger much more powerful beast of destruction.

The Fight:

The combatants rush each other and the clang of metal on metal can be heard for miles. One particular blow sends both combatants backwards and true to his training Ganondorf takes to the air and starts to fire balls of energy at Sephiroth who takes to the air and charges forward cutting through the energy like it was nothing. With a cruel grin Sephiroth slashes through the stunned king of thieves sending the lifeless body plummeting to the ground. Watching the scene below Sephiroth notices a triangle burning to life on Ganondorf’s hand as he comes back to life and transforms into Ganon. Without even a look of shock Sephiroth proceeds to make short work of Ganon despite the devastating power of the beasts Twin swords which Sephiroth easily counters. With one downward thrust Sephiroth drops the beast .

Winner: Sephiroth
