I would like to welcome
A few days ago I posted that there would possibly be two new authors joining the team. Well I am happy to say they have accepted the invitation and I happily welcome them to the team. As the days go on and everyone gets settled in I will talk to them on schedules and a possible name change to the blog. Most because it isn't just me talking anymore. :) I have some other big plans in the works and I looking forward to revealing them as the plans become more solid. So please welcome the new authors warmly and happily.

NFL Wildcard Sunday
Well folks the last of the wildcard games have been played. I was right on 1 out of 2 for sunday. In a shocking display the Denver Broncos beat the Steelers in Overtime in the first ever non-sudden death Overtime in NFL history (according to the TV station playing the game). I was happy to see my Giants beat the Falcons in a humiliating 24 to 2 win earlier in the day.
Later in the week I will give out another set of predictions for the first round of the playoffs.

Predictions for Wild Card Round of NFL Playoffs
This weekend we have the Wildcard Round of the NFL Playoffs a time of the football year when we have a chance to see who the Underdogs will be going up against teams that already got a playoff birth.
Saturday
Bengals Vs Texans: This will be a tough game to call considering the Texans only beat the Bengals by 1 point in their last meeting. Going into the wildcard round the Texans have the better record. The Texans are going into the playoffs with a seemingly healthy roster with no one on their injured list. The same can be said about the Bengals but I still am giving the slight edge to the Texans.
Lions Vs Saints: The Lions have had a very surprising season winning 10 out of 16 games in the regular season. The saints are also having a decent season. I expect this game to be rough and tumble for both teams. But I have to give this game to the Saints. Coming into the Wildcard Round off a lose to the Packers it will be tough for the Lions and considering the last time The Lions played The Saints they lost 31 to 17.
Sunday:
Steelers Vs Broncos: The Broncos have had a pretty decent season thus far with young Tim Tebow (A quaterback who had been considered by the Patriots) having a surprising season with this odd praying before taking the field coining the phrase Tebowing by Comedy Show Tosh.0. The Steelers are no laughing matter however they will be tough for the Broncos to beat considering Tebows track record against top ranked Quarterbacks. Love him or hate him Rothlesburger is one of the best QB's in the NFL. But I am giving this win to the steelers unless Rothlessburger's Ankle injury becomes a factor.
Giants vs Falcons: I hate talking about one of my favorite teams considering my track record of jinxing them the day of the game. The Giants have had a shake season losing to teams they should have been able to beat outright and winning against teams they should have lost too. The Falcons have also had a less then stellar season. But the game should be hard fought for both teams. I am going to be biased and give the win to the Giants.
Please keep in mind that these are only predictions and how I think the games will go. So please by all means discuss and tell me I am an idiot in the comment section.

Obligatory explaination of why I like Anime
Many people have asked me why I like Anime as much as I do. So to respond I have decided to tell all of you why. It is quiet simple really. The animation of Anime far surpasses that of everyday American cartoons, the rich detail, the ability to make something look close to live action. Also the epicness of the stories fascinate me, it ranges from Outer space to magical fantasy in a modern setting and even middle and high school life. In particular I like the slice of life and the Outer Space Mecha genre animes. Out of all the the Outer Space Anime I like Outlaw Star the best all though there is only twenty four episodes it is an amazing anime that I go back and watch over and over.
Example of an Anime Character
Example of an American Cartoon Character
I will openly admit that not all American cartoons lack the detail that goes into Anime just take a look at our Comics they are some of the best designed and drawn characters around. Except of course Rob Liefed's characters (with exception to Deadpool) with their out of proportioned arms and weird physically impossible movements.
Catching up with Justified
Thanks to a very Generous donator who wishes to remain anonymous gave me some money in order to buy and review Justified Season 2. I had originally only caught the first five episodes of the season and then forgot about it. But now I have the chance to watch the whole season. So I will be watching the episodes one by one and then review the season. I would again like to thank this donator hope that he or she likes the up coming review.
